We work with young people who:

• have been excluded or threatened with exclusion from school
• are struggling in their education for various reasons
• have been unable to find relevant training
• have struggled to find work

The Life Change Fund supports projects such as:

• Open House counselling
• One to one mentoring
• Plantation Trading
• Plantation Cafe
